Yields1 Serving

 750 g Minced Lamb
 1 Onion
 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
 1 Egg
¼ cup Fresh Italian Parsley (finely chopped)
 1 tsp Dried Oregano
 ¼ cup Finely Chopped Mint
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp Black Pepper

1

Mix together all of the ingredients, except the oil, until smooth and well combined.

2

Roll into golf ball sized balls. (Tip: Wet your hands when making the balls as it will help keep the meat from sticking.)

3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Use enough oil to cover the surface of the skillet.

4

Place meatballs in the skillet. Give them a few minutes on each side. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until nicely browned all over and cooked through.

5

Alternatively, you can spray a baking sheet generously with oil and bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until browned.

6

Serve with a Greek salad!
