 ¼ cup Olive Oil
 ½ tsp Thyme
 Salt & Pepper

Pre-heat oven to 400F

Trim, peel and Cube up the squash into bite-size pieces

Add to a mixing bowl and combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
