This is a great treat you can add to your Greek yogurt or just eat on its own! Being low in sugar it's a much heather for you that the one you buy from the store!

Preheat an oven to 300F
Combined all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add in oil and maple syrup and mix well.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the oven for 30-40 mins or golden brown. Turn every 10 mins to ensure even cooking.
