This is one of the most cooked meals in my house I love it, my wife loves it and it is easy to make and fast! You can make this faster than it takes to go pick up fast food down the street!

 1 lb Beef
 1 tsp Soya Sauce
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 3 cups Broccoli
 1 Onion Chopped
3 tbsp Cooking Oil Like Avocado Oil
Stir-Fry Sauce:
 3 tbsp Soya Sauce
 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
 ½ cup Water
 2 tsp Corn Starch
1

Thinly slice the beef against the grain.

2

Add 1 Tbsp Soya sauce and baking soda. Mix and wrap for 3-24 hours

3

Chop up broccoli and onions and put aside.

4

In a mason jar add all the ingredients for the stir-fry sauce and cover and shake until combined.

5

Get a wok or frying pan to a very high heat add in 1 1/2 Tbsp of oil. Once oil starts to smoke add in beef and let cook until browned on both sides(the key is to sit for a few mins once you put it in before you stir it).

6

Do this in 2-3 batches to make sure you don't over crowd the pan so you don't cause your meat to boil instead of frying.

7

Once meat is cooked remove and put aside.

8

Add the remaining oil. Let it start to smoke then add in the veggies.

9

Make sure you keep tossing to keep them from burning.

10

Once veggies are tender add back in the beef and pour in the sauce mixture (make sure you shake before adding it !)and stir until thick.

11

Remove from heat and serve!
