BBQ ASIAN PORK LOIN

Yields1 Serving

 1 lb Pork Loin (butterflied)
 ½ cup Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
 2 tbsp Onion Powder
 1 tbsp Cinnamon
 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 Lime Wedges
1

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix, making sure all the meat is coated. Let it sit for at least one, but up to 24 hours to allow the marinade to work its magic.

2

Pre-Heat your BBQ to 500 F. Cook your pork for roughly 7-10 minutes per side, depending on how thick it is. You want the meat to reach an internal temperature of 145 F.

3

Remove from the grill and let it rest 10 minutes before cutting. Make sure to cut against the grain.

4

Best served in a hot cast iron pan. No matter how you serve, squeeze a little lime over the top!
